Terms of Service

To use Aturno you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring they are not shared.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying us immediately at privacy@aturno.ai if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that your account information is accurate and kept up to date.

You agree to use Aturno only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use Aturno to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models, source code, or proprietary data from the platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from Aturno without prior written consent.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the platform available to third parties outside the scope of your subscription.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights or that you do not have the right to use.

Ownership of content and outputs is allocated as follows:

• Your content: you retain full ownership of all documents, queries, and data you upload or create in Aturno. We claim no rights over your content.
• AI outputs: outputs generated by Aturno in response to your queries are provided to you as part of the service. You may use them as you see fit, subject to the limitations set out in these Terms.
• Platform: the Aturno platform, including its interface, models, search infrastructure, and underlying technology, is owned by Aethelon s.r.o. and is protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your subscription.
• Feedback: if you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared in connection with the service:

• We treat all content you upload, all queries you submit, and all AI outputs generated for you as confidential. Access is restricted to authenticated users and authorised personnel only.
• Our confidentiality obligations survive termination of your account for a period of five years.
• We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by applicable law, to enforce these Terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
• You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may not be unique and may be generated in similar form for other users. This is a technical property of large language models and does not constitute a breach of confidentiality.

Paid features of Aturno are subject to subscription fees:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable Czech consumer law. If you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price change. Continued use after the new pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance.

Aturno is provided as a research and drafting tool. The following disclaimers apply:

• AI outputs are not legal advice. Nothing generated by Aturno constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by your use of the platform.
• Accuracy: while Aturno strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not warrant that search results, citations, or generated content are complete, current, or free from error. Always verify outputs against primary sources.
• Availability: we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency interventions that temporarily affect availability.
• Third-party sources: information sourced from third-party databases (e-Sbírka, Justice.cz, EUR-Lex) is provided as-is. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in those sources.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Aethelon s.r.o. in the twelve months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Czech law.

These Terms apply from the date you create an account until your account is closed.

• You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Closure takes effect at the end of your current billing period for paid subscribers.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or if required to do so by law.
• On termination, your right to access the platform ceases. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
